Shipping

Candles are poured with coconut/soy wax. Due to the soft nature of the wax and varying temperatures throughout the year, great care is taken to pack and ship your order so it arrives safely. Candles are packed with large bubble wrap in a thermal bubble sleeve. Shipping carriers and options are restricted so that your order arrives quickly and safely.

Vintage Glass Candles cannot guarantee shipping rates or delivery timeline. If you experience an issue with delivery, please first contact your mail carrier/delivery person. If issues persist, please email vintageglasscandlesbyjulia@gmail.com.

DFW Local Pickup

If you are local and would like to pickup your order, please select pickup during checkout. Shipping cost will not be added to your order. Upon order, pickup date and time must be coordinated via email: vintageglasscandlesbyjulia@gmail.com. If you do not arrive at the agreed upon date and time, you must request to reschedule via email within 24 hours for a date and time that is within 5 days of the original agreed upon date and time. If order is not picked up within those parameters it will be returned to inventory with no refund.
